Our client is seeking a Qualified social worker to join this Looked After Children team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years post qualifying experience and experience of working within a Looked After Children setting, You must be experienced of holding complex cases including court cases. To be considered for this post you should have a minimum of 1 years experience of working within this setting. You will be qualified with a Diploma in Social Work (DipSW) and be currently registered with the GSCC You should also hold a current valid enhanced CRB check. Just Social Care currently have vacancies within Children in Need Teams thought Berkshire and neighbouring boroughs. Our client is looking for Qualified Social Workers who have had previous experience of working with a Children and Families setting for a minimum of 6 Months. The main purpose of this role is to provide a service to children in need and their families in line with statutory requirements and departmental priorities. Your main responsibilities will be: To liaise with relevant external agencies as well as with relevant colleagues in other Divisions and Council Departments To be responsible for individual client case planning The successful candidate will need to be DipSW qualified, GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB.
