Leaving Care

Our client in London is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Leaving Care Team.

Out clients Leaving Care Team wants to achieve the best long-term outcomes for their young people. They strive to support young people making their transition into adulthood an easier and manageable experience. You will be joining an established, dynamic and innovative team.

As part of their evolving service, they are looking to recruit an experienced Social Worker. The role will require partnership working with statutory and voluntary agencies to develop a range of accommodation services and to develop and maintain a ‘supported lodgings scheme’ for young care leavers.

This is a permanent position, to start asap. The salary will be set between £30,000 and £39,000; this will be dependent on previous experience.
