Adult Care Management

We are currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to work within Adults and Community Care setting. The vacancy is based in South London.

Candidates will manage a caseload which includes vulnerable users and or those with complex problems, taking action where necessary to protect the users and others in emergency situations.

Candidates will plan relevant responses to meet individual needs in collaboration with relatives, carers, advocates and representatives, and in consultation with health and other agencies

Candidates need to be registered with the General Social Care Council and hold an enhanced CRB clearance.
