Our Client has a number of vacancies for Qualified Social Workers to join a busy Child In Need Team.
The post is in a busy team and candidates will need to have the ability to manage their own work effectively and maintain case's up to date.
In this post you will carry a caseload of families who have Child Protection Plans in place, and carry a your own caseload.
You duties will be undertaking core assessments, assessing risk to children, chairing core groups and direct work with children.
Newly qualified will be considered if they have undertaken a placement in a local authority children and family setting Candidates will have to demonstrate a knowledge of the 1989 and 2004 Children Act and Public Law Outline.
You must be GSCC registered and hold a valid enhanced CRB.
