Older Persons

We are currently seeking to recruit Qualified Social Workers for a busy older person’s teams. You will be dealing with clients 65+ , duties will include care plans and packages, initial and core assessments, carrying a case load as well as be part of a busy duty rota. You must be aware and up to date with all relevant acts and legislation.

All applicants must have current GSCC registration and a current enhanced CRB.
